Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

The VP of Product Marketing will own how Celigo competes, wins, and tells its story, turning a broad platform into a clear choice for IT and Operations leaders. You will be accountable for the growth that story drives, and you will lead Product Marketing's shift to an AI-led way of working so the team can move at the pace of our product.

What would you do if hired?

Market strategy and positioning: Shape where Celigo plays and own platform positioning and messaging. Lead with automation breadth and governance, with AI applied where it creates value, and present the portfolio as one platform, not a set of point products. Partner with Product leadership on roadmap priorities.

AI-led transformation : Lead Product Marketing's shift to an AI-led way of working, so the team produces content and assets at the pace of faster product development cycles. Set the model for AI adoption across marketing.

Launches and enablement: Set launch strategy and make sure the field is equipped to win. Partner with Revenue Marketing, which owns the total marketing pipeline, so that launches and campaigns convert.

Proof and show-and-tell: Build the story on product performance and customer outcome proof points. Move the team from words on a page to demos, interactive tours, and videos that let buyers see the platform working.

Competitive and analyst position: Own competitive strategy and analyst strategy, and be accountable for win rates against key competitors and Celigo's placement in major evaluations.

Free trial growth: Own the free trial as a pipeline channel. Transform the trial experience by using the product's agentic features to guide prospects to value faster, and be accountable for activation, conversion, and Product Marketing's share of the pipeline number.

Organic search and model visibility: Make product content a driver of organic search and of how Celigo shows up in AI search and LLM answers.

Pricing and packaging: Contribute to pricing and packaging direction with Product and Finance as a core growth lever.

Organization leadership: Design the org and operating model, own the budget, and hire, develop, and lead a team of leaders and practitioners. Represent Celigo externally as an executive spokesperson.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

A point of view on how product marketing is fundamentally changing in the AI era, and the appetite to prove it in practice rather than argue it in theory.

Genuinely energized by not knowing. You chase the questions others skip past, and you build the skill before the business asks for it.

You connect the work to the outcome. You can tell the difference between a message that sounds good and one that moves a buyer, and you think through what a positioning change sets in motion across Product, Sales, and the field.

You ship. You get the smallest version that delivers real value into market, learn from what comes back, and make it better, rather than letting perfect hold up value.

You treat Celigo's problems as your own. You measure yourself by pipeline, win rates, and analyst placement, not by assets produced.

You grow these instincts in other people. You build a team where curiosity, ownership, and pace are the default rather than something a leader has to ask for.

Hands-on with AI in your own work, and credible marketing AI products without overpromising.

Executive presence with the C-suite, analysts, and press, and the ability to lead through influence across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field

12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with 6+ years leading teams, including managing managers, at a comparable scale (around $100M+ ARR)

A track record of moving the market, such as positioning shifts, improved analyst placement, or measurable gains in competitive win rate

Deep experience in integration, automation, iPaaS, or adjacent infrastructure software, including positioning a multi-product portfolio as one platform

Experience with pricing and packaging, and free trial or product-led motions

Experience building proof-driven, demo-led stories that help buyers see the product working

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $240,000 and $275,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
