Overview: The Vice Principal in an ICSE School plays a crucial role in supporting the overall leadership and management of the institution. This position involves working closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the effective delivery of the ICSE curriculum. The Vice Principal is responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering a positive learning environment, and managing various aspects of school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement academic strategies aligned with ICSE standards.

Oversee curriculum planning, and assessment practices, and ensure the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

Staff Development:

Provide leadership in professional development programs for teaching and non-teaching staff.

Conduct regular evaluations and offer constructive feedback to enhance the performance of the teaching faculty.

Student Welfare:

Monitor and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student well-being and engagement.

Address student disciplinary issues in collaboration with the Principal and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

Parental Engagement:

Foster effective communication with parents to keep them informed about academic progress, school activities, and policies.

Collaborate with parents in promoting students' holistic development.

Administrative Management:

Assist in the overall management of school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management.

Work with the administrative team to ensure compliance with ICSE guidelines and local educational regulations.

Examination Coordination:

Oversee the coordination of ICSE examinations, ensuring compliance with examination policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the examination officer to manage examination logistics and support students during examination periods.

Community Outreach:

Represent the school in the local community and educational forums.

Establish partnerships with external organizations and participate in initiatives that enhance the school's reputation.

Leadership in Innovation:

Promote innovative teaching methodologies, technologies, and educational practices to enhance the quality of education. Qualifications and Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

● Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.

Introductory Call with a HR member for Fitment covering your Experience & Impact

Step 2: Online Assessment to determine the Subject Proficiency and Online Demo. Right fit candidates would generally receive a virtual assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours of Step 1.

Step 3: In-Person round at School with Principal / Co-ordinator & Demo

Step 4: Technical Rounds with Senior member (HOS, Central Academic Team), if required

Step 5: Final Call with Senior HR member for closure & next steps.
