About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, fashion-loving Video Content Creator to bring the EVEREVE brand to life through compelling video storytelling. This role will develop, shoot, edit, and produce engaging, high-quality fashion and styling content across EVEREVE's digital channels, including Instagram, YouTube, EVEREVE.com, and our app.

The ideal candidate has a strong fashion point of view, exceptional visual storytelling and editing skills, and an instinct for creating content that captures attention, inspires discovery, and makes women want to shop.

What You'll Do:

Create Compelling Video Content

• •Develop and execute video concepts that bring EVEREVE's fashion, styling expertise, products, and brand stories to life.
• •Own end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, sound, color, motion, and final delivery.
• •Create content for social media, website, app, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
• •Bring a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and editing techniques that make content engaging and watchable.
• •Produce high-quality content quickly, balancing creative excellence with the pace of social and digital commerce.

Bring Fashion & Styling to Life

• •Partner with stylists, creative leaders, and on-camera talent to create inspiring, product-focused storytelling.
• •Capture fashion in ways that showcase how to wear it, why it works, and what makes it special.
• •Help develop and evolve recurring video franchises and recognizable storytelling formats.
• •Translate seasonal trends, new arrivals, and styling ideas into engaging, relevant content.

Innovate & Collaborate

• •Stay connected to emerging video trends, platform behaviors, and evolving content formats.
• •Bring fresh ideas and creative experimentation to continually elevate the quality of our content.
• •Partner with creative and social leadership to deliver a cohesive, recognizable EVEREVE brand experience.
• •Use performance insights to understand what resonates with our audience and improve content.
• •Explore emerging AI and creative tools to improve production efficiency and unlock new storytelling possibilities.
• •Build efficient production workflows, templates, and organized asset libraries to support consistent, scalable content creation.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• •3–5+ years of experience in video production, editing, content creation, or a related creative field.
• •A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video storytelling, editing, and creative execution.
• •Experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
• •Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
• •Strong understanding of social platforms, digital video formats, and what drives engagement and performance.
• •A great eye for composition, lighting, styling, movement, and visual storytelling.
• •Ability to independently shoot, edit, and deliver content.
• •Comfort working with on-camera talent and capturing content in studio, stores, and real-world environments.
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• •Curiosity about emerging creative technologies, including generative AI.
• •A collaborative spirit, creative confidence, and willingness to test, learn, and evolve.
