  • Delivering regular MSK clinical sessions, maintaining a high standard of patient care and clinical expertise.
  • Supporting the review and management of customer feedback, complaints, incidents and clinical risks.
  • Conducting clinical audits and supporting quality assurance initiatives across the service.
  • Leading the implementation of clinical policies, procedures and governance requirements within your team.
  • Acting as a trusted clinical advisor and escalation point for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and mentoring of clinicians through coaching, feedback and clinical supervision.
  • Promoting a positive learning culture and encouraging continuous professional development across the team.
  • Supporting recruitment, induction and onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Monitoring clinical performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.
  • Collaborating with operational and clinical leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and business performance.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Registered Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and current HCPC registration.
  • Significant post-graduate experience within musculoskeletal medicine.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring or people management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Adaptability and resilience within a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and a commitment to clinical excellence.
