• What would you do? • As a Media and Graphics Associate, you will support the creation of digital assets for digital learning solutions. You will design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AI-powered workflows.
• What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fie Arts, or related field.
• •6 to 12 months internship or experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• •• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• •• Awareness of AI tools in graphic design industry (e.g., MS co-pilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway).
• •• Basic knowledge of AI Prompting
• •• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •• Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly.
• •• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• •• Team player with willingness to learn.
