Jetzt schlagen wir das nächste Kapitel auf: Wir entwickeln uns vom beliebten 3-Sterne-Plus-Hotel & Ausflugslokal hin zum modernen Vital- & Gesundheitshotel. Zielgruppen sind Gesundheitsbewusste, Familien und Gravelbiker. Dafür suchen wir ein Organisationstalent mit Visionen!

### Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Teamführung mit Herz & Verstand: Du leitest den Service eigenständig, erstellst Dienstpläne und bist Vorbild am Gast.
  • Kreativer Freiraum: Du gestaltest unsere Getränkekarte neu – von hausgemachten Mocktails über regionale Bio-Säfte bis hin zu gesunden Erfrischungen für Sportler & Urlauber.
  • Gästeflüsterer: Du sorgst dafür, dass sich Tagesgäste, Urlauber und Biker rundum wohlfühlen.
  • Qualitätsanspruch: Du behältst die Abläufe im Blick und bringst eigene Ideen für unser Vital-Konzept aktiv ein.

### Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in Gastronomie / Hotellerie, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung.
  • Leidenschaft für gesunde Trends, Bio-Getränke und moderne Mocktails.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein freundliches, gewinnendes Auftreten.
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, Tradition neu und nachhaltig zu denken.
