  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund, unserem Autohaus und der Werkstatt. Von der Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Rückgabe betreust und berätst du unsere Kund kompetent, informierst transparent über durchgeführte Arbeiten und Kosten und koordinierst Reparaturaufträge sowie die Abstimmung mit der Werkstatt. Mit deiner ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Servicegeschäfts bei.•Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung•Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der Prozesse in Verkauf und Service•Grundlegende Fahrzeugtechnik und Diagnoseverständnis wünschenswert•Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung•Positive und offene Ausstrahlung•Engagement und Lernbereitschaft•Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einer zukunftsorientierten Branche•Zertifizierte Zusatzqualifikationen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten•Mitarbeiterkonditionen in unseren Werkstätten und auf Teile amp; Zubehör•Möglichkeit eines Bike Leasings nach bestandener Probezeit•Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge•Betriebliche Krankenzusatzversicherung•Corporate Benefits
