### Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung, der Fachbereiche der Unternehmenszentrale sowie der Tochtergesellschaften bei der Umsetzung rechtlicher Vorgaben und Projekte
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Bewertung unternehmensrelevanter rechtlicher Fragestellungen sowie Erarbeitung praxisorientierter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Bearbeitung rechtlicher Themen mit Schwerpunkt im Vertriebs- und Wettbewerbsrecht, insbesondere mit Bezug zum Arzneimittel-, Medizinprodukte-, Lebensmittel-, Heilmittelwerbe- und Apothekenrecht sowie SGB V
  • Erstellung, Beurteilung und Verhandlung von Verträgen

### Dein Profil

  • Volljurist (m/w/d) mit zwei Staatsexamina und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre); Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen oder einem anderen regulierten Umfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Diskretion
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
