*Aufgabengebiet: *

  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen
  • allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung

*Das bringen Sie mit: *

  • abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen – Erfahrung mit Bürotätigkeiten
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • selbstständige, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte, organisierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägte Team - und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation – Spaß an der Arbeit
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse, da viele Kunden und Partner im Ausland sitzen
  • gerne auch schon Erfahrung in einem Speditions- oder Logistikunternehmen
  • freundlicher und fachkundiger Umgang mit unseren Kunden
