Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten an und in Gebäuden bzw. Gebäudekomplexen (Fassaden, Balkone, Kellerräume, Tiefgaragen sowie Parkdecks)

Das beinhaltet im Besonderen:

Ausführen von Holz-, Mauer-, Putz-, Beton- und Stemmarbeiten

Nachträgliche Querschnittsabdichtung (Horizontalsperre) gegen aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit

Instandhaltung, Beschichtung und Versiegelung von Betonflächen

Aufbringen von Oberflächenschutzsystemen in Form von Beschichtungen und Anstrichen

Sanierung von Fugen im Standardverfahren und nach WHG

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau oder in der Bauwerkssanierung

Führerschein Klasse B oder BE/Klasse 3 zwingend erforderlich; C1, CE von Vorteil

Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität bei wechselnden Aufgabenstellungen

Verantwortungsbewusstes, selbständiges und umsichtiges Arbeiten
