Vorarbeiter/Polier (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Vorarbeiter/Polier/Maurer

Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Maurer-, Beton- und allgemeinen Hochbauarbeiten
  • Führung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter sowie Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität und fachgerechter Ausführung
  • Kontrolle des Material- und Geräteeinsatzes
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Ansprechpartner vor Ort

Idealerweise verfügt du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Vorabeiter/Polier oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Die kennst die Abläufe auf Baustellen und bist es gewohnt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein Team zu führen.

Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus. Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und findest praxisorientierte Lösungen.
