Wir suchen ab sofort einen Vorarbeiter für die Druckgussnachbearbeitung  (m/w/d) Unser Angebot:

Deine Aufgaben:
- Einrichten von Schleifmaschinen, Stanzen, Bohrmaschinen, Mehrspindelköpfen usw.
- Betreuen, Einstellen und Warten/Instandsetzen von Gleitschleifanlagen, Kugelstrahlanlagen, Filter
- Anleiten von neuen Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich Abläufen und Qualität
- Vertretung des Meisters bei dessen Abwesenheit
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten und Prozessen
- Umsetzen von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen
- Qualitätskontrollen und Erstellung von entsprechenden Dokumenten
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im industriellen Umfeld und ggf. Führungserfahrung
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Geübter Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen und ggf. ERP-Systemen
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
