Wir, die HSSP GmbH, sind seit 2001 in Rastenberg als leistungsstarkes, mittelständiges Unternehmen im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau regional tätig. Mit unseren qualifizierten Team können wir alle im Garten- und Landschaftsbau anfallenden Arbeiten für private, kommunale und gewerbliche Auftraggeber anbieten. Unsere Baustellen befinden sich in Thüringen und Süd Sachsen-Anhalt.

Wir suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur unbefristeten Einstellung für unsere engagierte Mannschaft einen 

### Vorarbeiter- GaLaBau (m/ w/ d)

für unsere Bauvorhaben im regionalen Bereich um Rastenberg.

Aufgaben:

  • Personalführung, Arbeitseinteilung und -einweisung
  • Disposition von Material und Maschinen für eigene Baustellen
  • Koordinierung und Beaufsichtigung von Subunternehmer
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Dokumentation des Baustellenablaufs
  • Erfassen von Zusatzleistungen
  • Durchführung von Aufmaßarbeiten und Abrechnungsvorbereitung
  • Teilnahme an Gesprächen mit Kunden, Architekten und Bauleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ausbildung unserer Auszubildenden

Voraussetzungen:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter
  • Führerschein Klasse B als Voraussetzung (Klasse BE oder C1E wünschenswert)
  • Sie sind bereit das Unternehmen gut zu präsentieren
