Sie kennen sich in der Grünpflege aus, arbeiten gern aktiv mit und behalten auch bei wechselnden Einsätzen den Überblick? Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Vorarbeiter (w/m/d) für die Grün- und Graupflege sowie den Winterdienst in Halle (Saale). In dieser Position verbinden Sie operative Mitarbeit mit Verantwortung für Ihr Team.

### Das machen Sie bei uns:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Grünpflege (z. B. Rasenpflege, Heckenschnitt, Pflege von Außenanlagen)
  • Einsatz im Winterdienst von Oktober bis März (Räum- und Streudienst), bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und -überwachung
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und ordnungsgemäßen Leistungserbringung

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im GaLa-Bau, als Gartenbautechniker, Gärtnermeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter (w/m/d) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung und Vorbildfunktion durch aktive Mitarbeit
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Freien und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit organisatorischem Geschick
  • Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse BE notwendig

### Darauf können Sie sich freuen:

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) mit dienstlichem PKW zur direkten Nutzung
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag ab 07:00 Uhr
