So bringen Sie sich bei uns als Vorarbeiter ein:

  • Kontrolle aller technischen Anlagen - Meldefunktion
  • Begleitung und Kontrolle von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner aller technischen Anlagen vor Ort
  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Objektsicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • direktes Reporting an den Objektleiter
  • Mitwirken und Organisation der Außenpflege, Innenpflege, Werterhaltung
  • Einteilung und Einweisung des Hausmeister- und Reinigungsteams vor Ort
  • Einteilung und Mitwirken beim Winterdienst

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • technische Ausbildung / Erfahrung im technischen Bereich oder Erfahrung als Hausmeister / Vorarbeiter
  • Interesse am technischen Gebäudemanagement
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Hohes Maß an selbstständigem, ergebnis- und qualitätsorientiertem Arbeiten
  • Engagement und Flexibilität in Bezug auf wechselnde Aufgaben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerscheinklasse B zwingend erforderlich
