- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (z. B. Maurer, Betonbauer)
- Berufserfahrung im Hochbau
- Teamorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
