Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst den Neubau und die Sanierung von Wohn- und Gewerbebauten sowie Putzarbeiten .

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten

Vorarbeiter Hochbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung von 2 bis 4 Mitarbeitern auf der Baustelle
  • Eigenständiges Lesen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Bauplänen
  • Erstellen von Aufmaßen
  • Führen von Bautagebüchern
  • Mitwirken an der erfolgreichen Abwicklung unserer Bauprojekte

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter
  • Praxis im Lesen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Plänen
  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten:

  • Attraktive Vergütung mit Urlaubsgeld nach Soka-Regelung
  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 7:00 – 16:00 Uhr
  • Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem gesunden, mittelständischen Bauunternehmen
  • Baustellen ausschließlich in der Region (keine Montage)
