  • Ausführung aller für den Garten- und Landschaftsbau typischen Arbeiten
  • Planung und Organisation der anfallenden Arbeiten, sowie Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes der Arbeiten
  • Kontrolle der Durchführung sowie der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Mitarbeiterführung

### Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich des Garten- und Landschaftsbaus
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, sowie Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Motivation und Teambereitschaft, kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, sowie Freude am Umgang mit Mitarbeitern
