Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) im Garten- und Landschaftsbau .

Als Vorarbeiter übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung unserer Baustellen und koordinieren die Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Sie arbeiten aktiv mit und sorgen für eine fachgerechte, effiziente und termingerechte Ausführung der Arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination der Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Führung und Einteilung des Baustellenteams
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Planung und Vorbereitung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Umsetzung von Arbeiten im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Erd-, Boden- und Geländearbeiten
  • Pflaster- und Wegebau
  • Pflanz- und Pflegearbeiten
  • Bedienung von Baumaschinen und Geräten
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der eingesetzten Maschinen und Arbeitsgeräte
  • Koordination von Material und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Ansprechpartner vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Ordnung und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Erfahrung in der Führung bzw. Anleitung eines Baustellenteams
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise Klasse BE
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
