## Aufgabenbereich

  • Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen im Neubau und in der Pflege
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung des Teams
  • Einteilung von Personal, Maschinen und Material
  • Anlage von Pflanzflächen, Rasenflächen und Grünanlagen
  • Bedienung und Pflege von Maschinen und Geräten
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung
  • Kommunikation mit Bauleitung, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsfortschritt, Stunden und Material
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits‑ und Umweltstandards

## Profil / Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Garten‑ und Landschaftsbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Sicheres Fachwissen in Pflege‑ und Erdarbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen, zu motivieren und strukturiert zu arbeiten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B (BE oder C1E von Vorteil)
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung für körperliche Tätigkeiten im Freien
