### Vorarbeiter im Hochbau (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung vor Ort: Leitung Ihrer Kolonne und aktive Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts auf der Baustelle.
  • Praxis & Technik: Umsetzung bautechnischer Verfahren im Hochbau und Überwachung der fachgerechten Ausführung.
  • Einsatzplanung: Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung von Personal, Geräten und Material direkt auf dem Bauabschnitt.
  • Material- & Gerätecheck: Bedarfsermittlung von Baustoffen sowie die sorgfältige Verwaltung und Pflege der Ihnen anvertrauten Geräte und Schalungen.
  • Team-Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und Einweisung von Nachunternehmern.
  • Sicherheit: Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften und des Gesundheitsschutzes für Ihr Team.

### Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Basis: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hochbau (z. B. Maurer, Betonbauer) mit Weiterbildung zum Vorarbeiter oder entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
  • Macher-Mentalität: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Führungstalent: Sie sind Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und können Ihre Kollegen motivieren.
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein: Technisches Verständnis und ein Auge für das Detail.
  • Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein (Klasse B, idealerweise BE).
