Als Vorarbeiterin sind Sie für die fachliche Anleitung und Führung IhresTeams zuständig. Sieunterweisen Kolleginnen gemäß der geltenden Vorschriften und im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und sprechen sich mit Polieren und Bauleitern ab. Zusätzlich arbeiten Sieauf den Baustellen aktiv mit und erarbeiten stets die besten Lösungen für IhrTeam und für unsere Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Baustelleneinrichtung
  • Verlegen von Gas-, Wasser-, Strom- und Telekommunikationsleitungen
  • Einbau von Asphalt und Pflaster
  • Bedienung von Baugeräten, Baggern und den dazugehörigen Anbaugeräten
  • Führen der Kolonne und Dokumentation der Baustellen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tiefbauer (m/w/d) oder Straßenbauer (m/w/d) und/oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief-, Straßen- oder Gleisbau
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis, idealerweise Klasse CE
  • Sorgfalt und Flexibilität
  • Selbständiges und zielstrebiges Arbeiten sowie Teamgeist
