Ihr Gestaltungsbereich:

  • Sie Verantworten und Überwachen den Produktionsprozess der jeweiligen Schicht
  • Sie haben die Fachliche Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter und Leiharbeiter
  • Sie machen die Urlaubs- und Schichteinteilung, und die Organisation von Leiharbeitern
  • Sie führen die Arbeiten genau und termingerecht aus
  • Sie entwickeln den Produktionsprozess weiter
  • Sie kommunizieren eng mit der Betriebsleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meisterprüfung, Fachschule, HTL, usw.)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft im 3-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
  • Starkes Interesse an produktionstechnischen Abläufen, rasche Auffassungsgabe für technische/organisatorische Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
