### Vorarbeiter/in / Kolonnenführer/in (m/w/d) Bauwerksabdichtung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Führung und Anleitung von Montageteams
  • Koordination und Kontrolle der Bauabläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung von Abdichtungsarbeiten (Bitumen-, Kunststoff- und Flüssigabdichtungen)
  • Materialdisposition und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Leistungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauleitung, Nachunternehmer und Kunden vor Ort

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk, idealerweise Dachdecker, Bauwerksabdichter oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauwerksabdichtung
  • Führungserfahrung zwingend notwendig
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
