Die Immobiliengesellschaft Mittelholstein mbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Leitung unserer Kolonnen im Bereich Fassadenarbeiten, Malerarbeiten, WDVS und Sanierung.

Wir betreuen sowohl eigene Immobilienbestände als auch externe Projekte und realisieren umfangreiche Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Anleitung des Baustellenteams / der Kolonnen
  • Organisation, Einteilung und Überwachung der täglichen Arbeiten
  • Durchführung von Fassaden-, WDVS- und Malerarbeiten
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen Arbeitsablaufs
  • Materialbestellung und -disposition in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Unterstützung bei Aufmaßen und Dokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauleitung, Subunternehmer und Kunden
  • Einhalten von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler/in, Stuckateur/in, Trockenbauer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in Fassadenarbeiten, WDVS oder Sanierung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams/Trupps von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Motivation
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
