Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Herten suchen wir eine/n Vorarbeiter/in (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung und entsprechenden Qualifikationen.

  • Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Baumaßnahmen
  • Personal- und Gerätedisposition
  • Fachliche Führung eigener Mitarbeiter
  • Überwachung von Fremdleistungen
  • Führung des zugehörigen Berichtswesens

Fachliche Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Tiefbaufacharbeiter (m/w), Straßenbauer (m/w), Kanalbauer (m/w) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusatzqualifizierung zum Straßenbaumeister (m/w), geprüften Werkpolier/ Schachtmeister (m/w) der Fachrichtung Tief- oder Straßenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der ergebnis- und erfolgsorientierten Mitarbeiterführung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis, im besten Fall auch den Führerschein der Klasse CE
