#### Was für uns zählt

  • Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung im Baugewerbe
  • Vorzugsweise eine Fortbildung zum:zur Vorarbeiter:in (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baubranche
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • EDV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

  • Umsetzung und Steuerung der Bauablaufplanung vor Ort
  • Arbeitseinteilung für eigenes und fremdes Baustellenpersonal
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Bauherren- und Behördenkontakten
  • Zeitgerechte Ermittlung des Materialbedarfes inkl. Materialbeschaffung
  • Überwachung und Disposition von Materiallieferungen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes
