Wir sind ein mittelständisches Dienstleistungsunternehmen und suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bayreuth ( Rotmain-Center) für die Betreuung der Mitarbeiter und Kunden in Teil- / Vollzeit eine zuverlässige und flexible

## Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Gebäudereinigung.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Objektsteuerung und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Führen, Schulung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter in der Reinigung
  • Führen der Stundenkontrollen und Regiewerten, sowie Rapportwesen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation

### Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung - auch Quereinstieg möglich
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie ein sauberes und freundliches Auftreten
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigung
