Unser Kunde ist ein persönlich geführter Baubetrieb mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden. Im Fokus stehen kleinere Neubauten, vor allem Einfamilienhäuser, sowie Umbauten. Sämtliche Arbeiten – auch im Tiefbau – werden vom eigenen Team ausgeführt, ganz ohne Akkordanten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Hochbaustellen von Beginn bis Abschluss
  • Leitung und Einsatzplanung einer Equipe von 3 bis 4 Mitarbeitenden
  • Tatkräftige Mitarbeit bei Maurer-, Beton- und Tiefbauarbeiten
  • Absprachen mit Bauleitung, Bauherrschaft und Unternehmern
  • Erstellen von Rapporten und Arbeitspapieren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer/in EFZ oder Baupraktiker/in EBA
  • Weiterbildung als Vorarbeiter/in oder Baupolier/in von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung auf Schweizer Baustellen zwingend
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und gute gesundheitliche Verfassung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
  • Führerausweis Kat. B zwingend
