  • Führung und Einteilung eines Baustellenteams
  • Organisation der täglichen Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Koordination von Personal, Geräten und Material
  • Sicherstellung eines sicheren und reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Umsetzung der Bauarbeiten
  • Kontrolle der ausgeführten Leistungen hinsichtlich Qualität und Termin
  • Abstimmung mit Nachunternehmern und anderen Gewerken
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Laufende Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Ansprechperson für dein Team vor Ort
