Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Unterstützung unserer Produktion einen

Vorarbeiter Kalibration (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Betreuung der Kalibrieranlagen
  • Durchführung von Kalibrierungen incl. DAkkS
  • Fachlicher Stellvertreter des operativen Kalibrierleiters
  • Unterstützung von Teamkollegen bei Problemlösungen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Arbeitsabläu­fen sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auftragsab­wicklung
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-Unterweisungen
  • Erstellung von Abweichungsberichten
  • Abstimmungen mit anderen Fachberei­chen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Arbeit in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Messsystemen und/oder technisch komplexeren Produkten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
  • Eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung wäre die ideale Basis zur Übernahme der Teamleitung zum späteren Zeitpunkt
