Die IMS Aggregatebau ist ein familiengeführtes, stetig wachsendes und zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen im Aggregate- sowie Stahlbausektor. Unser Team umfasst rund 50 qualifizierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), welche Projekte von der Planung bis hin zur Fertigstellung realisieren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort:

Vorarbeiter / Leiter Stahlbau (m/w/d)

\*\*Aufgaben:\*\*

  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Stahlbau
  • Unterstützung bei der Fertigung, Montage und Prüfung von Stahlkonstruktionen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse sowie Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Material- und Personalplanung in Abstimmung mit der Betriebsleitung
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Teams
  • Verantwortung der Auszubildenden im Stahlbau
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und andere Fachabteilungen

\*\*Profil:\*\*

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Stahlbau (zum Beispiel Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Metallbauer)
  • idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall oder Metallbaumeister
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stahlbau
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
