Wir suchen im Auftrag unserer Kunden einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Einteilung und Führung der Mitarbeiter im jeweiligen Einsatzbereich
  • Überwachung der Arbeitsqualität und Einhaltung von Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Kontrolle und Organisation von Arbeitsmaterialien
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Vorgesetzte
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Teamleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, je nach Einsatz
