Wir, die BALTIC Fenster und Türen GmbH in Müllrose, sind ein mittleres Bauhandels- und Montageunternehmen für Kunststofffenster und Türen aller Art sowie Rollläden. Unser Unternehmen, welches seit 1995 im Raum Berlin und Brandenburg für Qualität und Kompetenz steht, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Termin, einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d).

Wir sind Partner der EGE - Gruppe und arbeiten vorrangig für Wohnungsbaugenossenschaften und -gesellschaften in der Region Brandenburg und Berlin. Ein tägliches Heimkommen ist daher gewährleistet.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Einrichten von Baustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauleiter
  • Anleiten von Fachkräften und Zuteilen von Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die fachgerechte Durchführung der Montagearbeiten
  • Organisieren und Planung von Material und Arbeitsgeräten
  • Überprüfung von gelieferten Waren und Bauelementen nach Vollständigkeit und Beschädigung
  • Führen des Baustellentagebuches
  • Führen der Regieberichte und Montage-Abnahmeprotokolle
  • Lesen von Bau-Plänen
  • DEIN PROFIL
  • Du besitzt Erfahrung im Bereich Fenster- u. Türmontage oder hast Erfahrung im Bereich Tischler-,
  • Metall bau- oder Zimmererarbeiten
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast Deinen Wohnsitz im Landkreis Oder-Spree / FFO
  • Du bist im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins KL. B Pkw, gern auch BE - mit Anhänger
  • Du bist ehrlich, zuverlässig, pünktlich, motiviert, belastbar, flexibel, kommunikativ, teamfähig und besitzt
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
