Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Abbruch

  • Was Sie erwartet:
  • Vorbereitung von Projekten und Baustellen inklusive Teilnahme an Projektübergaben zwischen Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsabteilung
  • Ausarbeitung eines Abbruch- und Entsorgungskonzeptes mit dem Vertrieb und der Bauleitung
  • Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen und Ortsbesichtigungen vor Baubeginn
  • Führung des Baustellenteams mit eigenem Personal sowie Nachunternehmern
  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, z.B. als Stahlbetonbaumeister/ -techniker, Maurermeister, Dachdecker- oder Zimmermannsmeister oder Metallbaumeister
  • Fundierte Führungs- und Baustellenerfahrung
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Montage, auch im bundesweiten Einsatz
