Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) Montage - nachhaltiger Innenausbau .

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Koordination eines kleinen Montageteams auf wechselnden Baustellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Montage unserer innovativen Trockenbauwände
  • Organisation der Abläufe vor Ort und enge Abstimmung mit der Produktions- und Projektleitung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und effizientem Arbeitsfluss
  • Unterstützung bei Produktionsarbeiten an unserem Standort, wenn keine Baustelleneinsätze anstehen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung im Bau- oder Handwerksbereich, idealerweise mit abgeschlossener handwerklicher Ausbildung
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, ein kleines Team zu führen und mit anzupacken
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein der Klasse B sind wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für nachhaltiges Bauen
