Aufgrund unseres großen Erfolgs suchen wir DICH ab sofort für unser Team als:

Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planmäßige und selbständige Umsetzung von Pool- und Gartenprojekten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle
  • Führen eines Teams
  • Übernahme der Kommunikation mit den Bauherren im Rahmen der Ausführungen
  • inkl. Dokumentation
  • Das solltest du mitbringen:
  • Eine Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner/-in, oder Landschaftsbauer/-in, oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse, handwerkliches Geschick sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • in Wort und Schrift
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung einer Kolonne mit mind. 2 Mitarbeitern
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Gewissenhaftigkeit
  • Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Führerscheinklasse B, Vorzugsweise auch C1E und CE
