Die Scherer und Kohl GmbH ist ein leistungsstarkes Unternehmen im Bereich Abbruch, Erdarbeiten und Schadstoffsanierung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Abbruch .

🔧 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Mitarbeit bei anfallenden Abbruch- und Erdarbeiten
  • Leitung und Koordination der Baustellen in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Koordination, Anleitung und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern
  • Durchführung von Unterweisungen für Mitarbeitende und Nachunternehmer
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung aller gesetzlichen Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorschriften
  • Dokumentation der Bauprozesse, einschließlich Bautagebuch und Baustellenberichten

👷 Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) im Abbruch/Erdbau
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Abbruch und Schadstoffsanierung (z. B. Asbest, KMF, etc.) von Vorteil
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
