Unser Unternehmen im Textil-Recycling wächst stetig und sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Standort Sondershausen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Anleitung der Teams im täglichen Recyclingbetrieb
  • Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden und Betriebsleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse

### Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitsabläufen / Produktionsprozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Recycling, Logistik oder Produktion – gern auch Quereinsteiger mit Führungstalent
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen und sich weiterentwickelnden Unternehmen mitzuwirken
