  • Arbeitszeit: 35 Stunden pro Woche
  • Wir suchen:
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Fertigung, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest ein Team anleiten? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen Dich als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) im Displaybau in Langenfeld um gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Verkaufsregale und Displays für den Einzelhandel zu produzieren.
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • -
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Koordination des Montageteams
  • -
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe im Displaybau
  • -
  • Mitarbeit bei der Montage, Verklebung und Vorbereitung von Bauteilen (Metall, Holz, Kunststoff)
  • -
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz
  • -
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Team und Produktionsleitung
  • Dein Profil:
  • -
  • Erfahrung in der Montage, idealerweise im Display- oder Möbelbau wünschenswert, kein muss

  • Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und Freude am Anleiten

  • Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im wöchentlichen Schichtsystem
