Wir stellen ab sofort einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) im Rohrleitungsbau für das Team der Lürssen Werft in Lemwerder bei Bremen ein. Übertarifliche Bezahlung!

Aufgaben:

  • Sie koordinieren und überwachen den täglichen Produktionsablauf zur Sicherung von Terminen und Qualität.
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit bei der Herstellung/Anfertigung von Rohrleitungen und sind Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei technischen Fragen.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • o Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
  • o Ggf. Weiterbildung zum Meister/-in oder Techniker/-in
  • o Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Erwünschte Qualifikationen:

o Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rohrbau

zusätzliche Anforderungen:

  • o Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • o Zielorientiert und Strukturiert
  • o Gute/sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • o Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
