  • Wir sind ein erfolgreiches, mittelständisches Unternehmen im Fenster, Türen und Fassadenbau. Wir fertigen, liefern und montieren hochwertige Qualitätsprodukte aus Kunststoff und Aluminium aus Profilen der Firma Schüco, individuell angepasst auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden.
  • Für unser Produktionsteam suchen wir eine(n) Mitarbeiter/in als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d).
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fertigung von Kunststofffenstern und Türen im Sonderbau
  • Produktionsüberwachung- Vorbereiten und Überwachen von Arbeits­abläufen unter Beachtung der Fertigungs­termine und -fristen
  • Einteilen der Mitarbeiter
  • Überwachen und Sicherstellen der geforderten Qualitäts­standards in den Arbeits­bereichen
  • Unterstützung des Meisters

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer/Schlosser/Glaser/Tischler (m/w/d) mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fensterbau
  • Team- und Kommunikations­fähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigen­verantwort­liche Arbeit­sweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatz­bereit­schaft
