Zur Umsetzung unserer interessanten Bauprojekte suchen wir für unseren Hauptsitz in Mindelheim bei München zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:

Vorarbeiter mit Perspektive zum Polier Schlüsselfertiges Bauen (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten gemeinsam mit dem Polier und der Bauleitung
  • Führung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter der Baustelle
  • Koordination und Steuerung der Nachtunternehmer
  • Überwachung, Koordination und Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und der Qualität

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurermeister, Techniker oder eine Fortbildung zum Polier, Werkpolier oder Vorarbeiter
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
