Vorarbeiter Mechanik (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Hamburg
  • Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
  • Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
  • Für unser Partnerunternehmen suchen wir Dich als Vorarbeiter Mechanik (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Personaldirektvermittlung.
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche Führung des Teams in der Maschinentechnik
  • Verantwortung für Befundung von Schäden sowie Reparaturen von Rotating Equipment wie Pumpen, Motoren oder Kompressoren
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten, z. B. Stillständen, neben Aufgaben in der Instandhaltung
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitsqualität und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zu Arbeits- und Umweltschutz
  • Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
  • Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Team- oder Abteilungsleitung sowie in der Instandhaltung an Industrieanlagen
  • Idealerweise Qualifikation als Industriemeister oder Techniker
  • Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Kolleg:innen und Auftraggebern
  • Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und gute Kenntnisse technischer Regeln, Verordnungen und Normen
  • Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
