Metall ist dein Handwerk und Führung deine Stärke. Unser Kunde aus dem Metallbau sucht einen Vorarbeiter, der den Überblick behält, Verantwortung übernimmt und sein Team sicher durch den Arbeitsalltag führt.

Wir, ein lebhaftes und seit 35 Jahren am Markt bestehendes, familiengeführtes Zeitarbeitsunternehmen, suchen nach strukturierten Vorarbeitern (Metallbau) die das Team bei unseren Kunden verstärken.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams
  • Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen und Terminen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Metallbau
  • Kontrolle von Qualität, Maßen und Ausführung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kollegen, Kunden und Projektverantwortliche
  • Sicherstellen, dass Arbeitsschutz kein Fremdwort bleibt

### Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbau oder eine vergleichbar Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter/Teamleiter
  • Technisches Verständnis & Überblick – auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine pragmatische Art
  • Deutschkenntnisse
