Am Standort Isny im Allgäu fertigt unser Mandant hochpräzise Bestandteile, Zubehör und Metronome für Musikinstrumente. Dank höchster Qualitätsstandards sind unsere Produkte weltweit ein verlässlicher Taktgeber für Musikerinnen und Musiker. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort qualifizierte Unterstützung.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie organisieren die täglichen Abläufe in der Metronomfertigung und setzen die Produktionsplanung flexibel im Tagesgeschäft um
  • Neben Ihren koordinierenden Aufgaben arbeiten Sie aktiv in der Fertigung und Montage mit
  • Sie überwachen unsere hohen Qualitätsvorgaben, erkennen Abweichungen und leiten passende Maßnahmen ein
  • Sie fungieren als fachliche Ansprechperson für Ihr Team und übernehmen die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen, Arbeitsplätzen und der Produktivität ein

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage sowie gutes technisches und handwerkliches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende sowie Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
  • Bereitschaft, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig produktiv im Team mitzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem kollegialen Auftreten
