Koordination der Produktion:

Planung und Koordination von Fertigungsaufträgen inklusive Bereitstellung der Produktionsdokumentation
Durchführung von Batch Record Reviews (BRR) sowie Auftragsnachbearbeitung
Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Priorisierung der täglichen Abläufe

Fachliche Verantwortung & Prozessunterstützung:

Durchführung und Überwachung von Herstellungs- und Konfektionierungsprozessen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Herstellvorgaben, SOPs und Qualitätsstandards
Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Produktionsmitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft
Unterstützung bei Abweichungsmanagement, Ursachenanalysen und Prozessoptimierungen
Prüfung von Herstellungsdokumenten und SOPs
Einarbeitung, Qualifizierung und fachliche Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
Flexible Unterstützung innerhalb des Produktionsbereichs bei erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen oder Personalengpässen

Anforderungen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Bachelorstudium im pharmazeutischen, medizinischen, biologischen, chemischen oder technischen Bereich, z. B. als: Pharmakant (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), CTA/BTA/MTA (m/w/d), Laborant (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/d), Bachelorabschluss in Medizin- / Pharmazietechnik, Biotechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung)
Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie, Medizintechnik, Biotechnologie oder Lebensmittelindustrie von Vorteil
Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld und/oder Reinraum wünschenswert
Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Technisches Verständnis und sichere Dokumentationskenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
