Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum Beginn der Bausaison:
Vorarbeiter/Polier (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Einsatz auf regionalen Baustellen (ca. 40 km)
- Selbstständiges Leiten der Baustelle sowie Betreuung des Bautrupps
- Planen, Einrichten, Vorhalten und Auflösen der Baustelle
- Planen, Organisieren, Überwachen und Dokumentieren des Bauprozesses
- Steuern der Logistik von Bauabläufen
- Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit den am Bau Beteiligten
- Absteckungs- und Vermessungsarbeiten
DEIN PROFIL
- Facharbeiterausbildung als Straßen- oder Tiefbauer, Kanal- oder Rohrleitungsbauer, Betonbauer, Maurer o. ä.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief- bzw. Straßenbau oder in einer ähnlichen Position
- Gültiger Führerschein Klasse C1E wäre optimal
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit Baumaschinen
