  • Die GNS Bau GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Vorarbeiter / Polier (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.
  • Wir arbeiten an anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten in der Region und legen großen Wert auf Qualität, Effizienz und Teamarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Baustellendisposition überwachen
  • Materialdisposition sicherstellen
  • Bei terminlichen Engpässen aktiv mit anpacken
  • Koordination der Gewerke und Kommunikation mit Bauleitung
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Polier/Vorarbeiter
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position auf Baustellen
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in Hochbau/Tiefbau von Vorteil
