Die SMB Konzept GmbH aus Monheim am Rhein macht Innenausbau und Sanierung im Raum Düsseldorf, Monheim, Langenfeld, Hilden und Wuppertal. Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft auf der Baustelle.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Einteilung der Kolonne auf der Baustelle
  • Organisation des Bauablaufs und Koordination mit Subunternehmern
  • Materialplanung
  • Qualitätskontrolle, Aufmaß, Bautagesberichte
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor Ort
  • Mitarbeit in Trockenbau, Maler- und Sanierungsarbeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Innenausbau, idealerweise Trockenbau
  • Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter oder Polier, gern auch mit Polier- oder Meisterausbildung
  • Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht)
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Deutschkenntnisse für die Kundenkommunikation. Polnisch oder Ukrainisch ist ein Plus.
